From Northbound Highway 99 / Capital City Freeway Use "N" Street exit, stay in left lane as you exit. At bottom of exit ramp, turn Left onto "N" Street. Turn Right onto 28th Street [signal]. Turn Left onto Capitol Avenue. Turn Left onto 23rd Street. Turn Left onto 23rd Street, making a very wide turn, so you can park parallel on the right side of 23rd. From Westbound Highway 50 Exit right onto Business 80 / Capital City Freeway toward Roseville & Reno. Use "N" Street exit, and then use the above directions for Northbound Highway 99. From Southbound Business 80 / Capital City Freeway Use the "P" Street exit, stay in right lane as you exit. At bottom of ramp, turn right onto "P" Street. Turn Right onto 23rd Street. Turn Right onto "N" Street, staying in right lane. From Interstate 5 Use the "Q" Street exit. Turn Left on 23rd Street. Turn Right onto "N" Street, staying in right lane. Parking Parking is not timed on "N" Street between the green painted curb at 23rd, and the sign post stating 1-hour parking at 2308 "N" Street. If this section is full, parking along 23rd between "N" and "O" is a 2-hour zone. Note: Because of the garbage collection schedule, parking on the right [south] side on "N" Street is prohibited on Monday mornings from 8:00 am to Noon.
